By using the qualifiedtrainers.co.uk website you signify your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Qualifiedtrainers.co.uk gives you access to purchase the services of carefully selected and verified qualified trainers subscribing to the website.
The Client agrees that upon receipt of Agent information, they shall not & cannot book directly with the Agent in this instance or for any future bookings. All future bookings with this Agent must be communicated via TUTS Limited.
The Agent agrees that upon receipt of Client information, they shall not & cannot book directly with the Client in this instance or for any future bookings. All future bookings with this Client must be communicated via TUTS Limited.
When you make a booking through qualifiedtrainers.co.uk, you will be sent an e-mail confirming receipt of your booking and containing the details of your booking. Your booking represents an offer to us to purchase, which is accepted by us when we send an e-mail confirmation to you to confirm the course booking. It is essential that you provide us with a current e-mail address, which can be used to communicate with you on any matters relating to your booking. It is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your email address or other contact details.
Once qualifiedtrainers.co.uk has received confirmation from the qualified trainer of their availability, as per your 'date request', we shall notify you of the confirmed booking via email.
You will then have 24 hours to sign and date the booking to secure the booking. Failing to complete and return the booking form in the stated time, will result in the date being released and the possibility of you losing your chosen Qualified Trainer and date requested.
Any information/data supplied to TUTS Limited for the preparation of the quotation or other agreement prove to be insufficient or inaccurate, TUTS Limited reserves the right to amend the quotation or other agreement to cover any difference in cost.
Unless otherwise indicated, quotations are valid for 48 hours. All errors and omissions are emitted. TUTS Limited reserves the right to vary its' standard prices without prior consent.
All bookings must be paid at least 14 days prior to the event. Making the payment to TUTS Limited by the deadline date is your responsibility and although we will chase the payment we will not accept responsibility if you fail to make payment by 14 days prior to the event. If these conditions are not met, TUTS Limited reserves the right to cancel the trainer and you will be liable for cancellation fees as set out in the table in the section below and any additional costs incurred by TUTS Limited for this cancellation.
Although rare, from time to time trainers may need to cancel or reschedule events. Should this happen for any reason you will be fully reimbursed to the full value of the booking, unless a reschedule is acceptable and agreed between you and the Qualified Trainer. This is the full extent of the liability, which TUTS Limited has for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential losses or damages arising from course cancellations or course rescheduled courses.
If you wish to cancel a course booking you must notify us in writing. Course cancellations are subject to administration fees in accordance with following table of charges.

Information relating to Trainers provided by TUTS Limited is carefully monitored for accuracy, errors or omissions. However, TUTS Limited cannot be held responsible for any errors in this information, including but not limited to claims of Qualifications, Approvals and Accreditations.
